  • Comprehensive Speech-Language Evaluation

    All evaluations can include a discussion of your child’s developmental history, rapport building, observation of your child in play, standardized testing, parent/caregiver education, and trial therapy. An evaluation report and individualized treatment plan is written after the session and provided to you within 2 weeks.


    AAC evaluation

    An AAC evaluation provides you with all the elements of a comprehensive speech-language evaluation and additionally includes support to complete your device funding paperwork and initial set up of your speech-generating device.

  • 30, 45, 60 minute therapy session options available.

    Therapy session time can include rapport building, direct treatment with child, and caregiver coaching.

    Therapy sessions take place in-person in Cherokee County or via a teletherapy platform anywhere in the state of Georgia.

  • Do you need more ideas of how to best support your child’s communication across their daily settings? Coaching sessions can help!

  • We can provide support services according to a child’s IEP such as therapy sessions, IEP meetings, and re-evaluations. Please give us a call to see how we can best support your school-based team as they work to meet the needs of the children on their ever-growing caseload.

  • Yes, all children need a comprehensive evaluation prior to beginning treatment services.

    If your child has already received an evaluation from another SLP within the past year that includes specific information about the communication area you are looking for treatment in, and you can provide a copy of it to us - we will be happy to honor that and pick up where they left off.

  • We will come to you! We can provide therapy at your home, school, daycare, church, nanny’s house, the park, via teletherapy - you name it. We want make the therapy process as fun and convenient for your family as possible.

  • We are not currently in-network with insurance companies at this time. ​ We are glad to provide a Superbill upon request for you to use when requesting partial reimbursement from your insurance carrier. We do not guarantee reimbursement rates as they are very plan specific, but are more than happy to provide further information to help you in that process.

    It is important to understand your individual policy to make an informed decision about where to receive care.

    When deciding on in-network or out-of-network therapy options, families may not realize that they will have to pay out-of-pocket for services until they meet their deductible, even if you see an in-network therapist.

    Our rates are below the average standard cost of speech therapy services in our area for both in and out-of-network services. So, it is likely that our private pay rates are very competitive with your in-network cost per session, especially if it is a high-deductible plan.

  • Therapy sessions typically take place 1-3 times per week for 30, 45, or 60 minutes each depending on your child’s individual treatment plan.
