Meet Amanda
Founder & Owner
Amanda Arbogast, M.S., CCC-SLP attended Florida State University where she received both her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Speech Language Pathology. Amanda is ASHA certified and licensed by the state of GA. Amanda’s professional background includes over 8 years of evaluating and treating children in elementary schools, daycares, homes, and pediatric outpatient clinics. Amanda loves making therapy fun, celebrating the progress of her patients, and collaborating care with families and other professionals to determine how to best carryover each child’s target skills beyond the therapy session.
Amanda has special certifications in the following areas:
Childhood Apraxia of Speech: PROMPT (Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets) trained through the PROMPT Technique certification course
Gestalt Language Processing: NLA (Natural Language Acquisition) trained through the Meaningful speech certification course and listed on the NLA Trained Clinician Registry.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys trying new recipes, exploring outdoors, and spending quality time with her husband, 3 young daughters, and golden retriever.
